One who acts like a prostitute, but has no intentions of following through. A Prude; a Tease
ex 1:
guy:"Hey baby, want to do all of those things you said at dinner?"
Girl: "No you asshole! I'm not that kind of girl"
guy: "Oh I get it, you are a prostiprude. I want my money back."
ex 2:
" Hey the new girl dresses like a total slut, think I could hit that?"
"No dude, I already tried, she is such a prostiprude."
