stands for Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility, a place where crazy people live for a number of months to have their brains rewired, mostly for anger problems. other reasons people could be there - addictions ( drugs, alcohol, sex) eating disorders, mental disorders (ADD, ADHD, ODD, OCD) and self mutilation. some facilities are for children, some are for teens, some for adults.
omg, she went to a prtf for her anger.
she like totally left in the middle of the school year to go to a prtf for drugs.
she needs to go to a prtf! she has major anger!
