Speech that is heavy in post-structuralist jargon that is heavily based on experience and emotion instead of well-known science.
Every time Liam starts talking about his substandard art, he tries to explain it in rambling psychobabble...

The illogical stream of words that spew from the mouth of a person incapable of logical thinking or having a constructive conversation. Often experienced when breaking up with or divorcing a significant other.
"My x called my last night and wouldn't shut up. I can't stand to listen to that psychobabble anymore. Someone needs to take her cell phone away"

A person, or, group of persons who engage in nonsensical conversation. Anyone who utters various words or topics in a statement (or several statements), none of which relate to each other.
"I thought Mr. Z explained our Math assignment well...that is, until he started psychobabbling about his childhood nightmares". "The bum on the corner started psychobabbling until someone gave him a dollar, then he shut up". Psychobabble talking crazy

Slapping many insanities on a person, most of which are usually not warranted. The main reason most kids today have ADD or take riddilin or other such things. disabilities when really they are just lazy, or stupid.
"Did you hear that Johnny got diagnosed with ADD?" "Bah, thats psychobabble, you know he's just lazy!"
