Whenever a white Ford Econoline van is spotted, one punches one's fellow traveler in the biceps while calling out "Psycholeobloodybumpers!" Usually a reference to Robert Mitchum in "Night of the Hunter" follows.

Passenger: Psycholeobloodybumpers!

Driver: Ouch! Dammit!

Passenger: Don't he ever sleep?
