One who sits around the corner from their ex's house waiting for them to get home from a hot new date. When they arrive the psycho-sitter then makes his/her way to the new date and proceeds to punch them in the face knocking one or more teeth loose.

Bobby was attacked by the psycho-sitter last Wednesday.
