What is Pube Palace?

The upper part of a Catholic-Church owned house (located on Willowdale Street in Montreal, Quebec,) in which about eight 18-20something guys live together while studying at Universite de Montreal. The house is very large (and, therfore, somewhat palatial,) and everything is always covered in pubes - especially the toilet seats in the bathroom.
1. Pube Palace is not a girl friendly place.
2. "No, I'm not going back to Pube Palace, there are pubic hairs everywhere."
