What is Pudnik?

noun; when the arm is relaxed and held straight and close to the body, the patch of skin which covers the elbow will fold, crease and coil to form an interesting shape called a pudnik. Some pudniks are more interesting than others. Some are very interesting, hence the term pudnik.
