Previously commiting to something and not following through. Also ignoring phone calls, and or not notifying other parties when a change of plans occurs. Leaving friends "in the dust". Also see gay.

1.) getting so angry that you won't listen to reason and shut everybody else out, usually accompanied by going offline.

2.) anyone with a joey attitude. ie. usually have big ego's. and/or always has to be right in that situation and the other person wrong.

3.) Results in ignoring their girlfriend/lover/close friend/anyone who should be of importance but makes them feel like shit...etc.
