2: used to describe suspicious activities, behavior or general fishy happenings.
Sometimes spelled "punjy" or "pungee"
1: She's pretty cute, but she's kinda pungy- Evidently we've never heard of bidets or Teen Spirit.
2: Jake just went into the art room without the teacher there- looks a little pungy to me.
