What is Punjai?

mentally unstable, smells bad, and can have a ridiculously annoying nature.
2. It may, at times, refer to an individual of Indian descent.
An Indian sees a phone lying around and puts it in his pocket. The owner of the phone asks is he had stolen his phone. The punjai shows pulls out his own phone and says, "Dis won!?" The owner asks once again. The punjai then pulls out the gentlman's phone. The gentlman walks away frustrated at the punjai.
