A woman in middle management, typically retail, that exudes villainess tendencies to climb the corporate ladder. She is usually a store, district or regional manager and uses unethical tactics to advance her career. She is more hurtful to other women below her which is due to jealously and because she views them as a constant threat. She is a corporate bully and portrays all stereotypical characteristics of why some don't want women in charge of anything. She is overly aggressive, controlling and manipulative in order to shroud her lack of intelligence and lack of qualifications. She is unable to live by the regulations she enforces and therefore is wildly hypocrytical.
"OMG! That puppetcunt Missy wrote me up for a dress code violation when she and the rest of the staff are even less up to code; just because I'm a strong female and she's jealous!!"
