Acronym for "Post Vacation Stress Disorder". This is the state one experiences when returning to work for the first time following a vacation. Symptoms can include nausea, blurred vision, rage, irritable bowels, and dark thoughts. Symptoms typically fade as one resigns oneself to the reality that this is one's life. Then the normal state of total hopelessness sets back in and one can move on.
Co-worker: Hey, buddy, nice to have you back. How was your trip?
You: Nice to be back. Can you excuse me, I feel some fierce PVSD coming on.
