A weird or dumb person who can be easily fooled tricked or Dummied ! also a person who asks alot of questions and thinks there right all of the time ! ( and usually not right )
Jose : hey did u hear about the flying pig it was on the news!
Timmy : No Are you serious Wow Thats so crazy !

Jose : yes it is ! ( knowing the person is wrong still not admitting it because of embarrassment ! )
