Qrunq is a slang term with origins in Philadelphia that is commonly misused and its definition misconstrued. Qrunq, as defined by B. Mukamal and S. Director, is when one is sipping on srrp, drinking moonshine, dropping adrenochrome and chewing mescaline while driving through Atlanta in a 1970's Cadillac convertible with the top down while listening to loud Dirty South rap.
