A person (Male or Female) who plays Halo on xbox live and screams in a Elmo type voice. It is not a Quatz unless it is holding a shotgun at all times. After you are dead the Quatz will sit on you sreaming foul and wierd phrases. I hope you never come in contact with a Quatz. TR
