What is Quechie?

A girl (or woman) whose fashion sense, make-up and behavior generally resemble that of a hootchie-mama, but who is genuinely cute, and therefore does not need to dress and/or act in that manner in order to garner attention. Her good looks and personality alone should make her stand out, yet she feels the need to act like a quechie.
You see a girl who looks and acts like a hootchie, but you find her attractive beyond the hootchieness. You think to yourself, if only she would just be herself, she's be really cute, what a quechie!
