Noun- A word used to describe someone who provides entertainment through confusing a great deal of people in one's surrounding environment, whether it be by shouting vulgar terms in a tourettes-like manner or otherwise.
Verb-Acting in a queefnugget-like fashion.
One may be considered a queefnugget if they shout anything such as "My corndog has spontaniously combusted in my physics class!!" (When you are not, in fact, eating a corndog in physics class)
Or "IF YOU'RE A FAT CLOWN WITH A NOSERING AND LIME GREEN HAIR, LICK YOUR EARLOBES!"
