What is Quendo?

A male or female who exhibits stupid or idiotic behavior
"Alex Lee, your such a quendo"
2.
A term for a homosexual (usually a male) That can be used in either an insulting or harmless manner.
Much in the same way as "gay" can.
In normal conversation; You know John? He told me that he is a quendo last week.
Used as an insult; You are such a quendo John.
