The inability demonstrated by shoppers to sensibly form queues at checkouts. Sometimes leading to single queues at mutliple checkouts allowing more shrewd shoppers to accidentally push in.
I couldn't believe the queuepidity of the people in 99p Land today. They'd formed one queue despite there being two tills open. People just waltzed up to the till with no apparent queue and pushed in.
