What is Quynh-nhu Hoan Pham?

This is a term coined in Viet Nam for people that either are afraid to be who they are, or are just idiots in life and suck in what they do. If a girl wants to be like a lawyer/philosopher, Vietnamese will say Quynh-Nhu Hoan Pham to let them know they are just dreaming and will never be someone in the future.
They are just nerds in high school and that's about it.
