When a white person constantly complains about how they're supposedly 'losing' everything and how they supposedly have it so bad compared to everyone else.
Whenever anything happens to a non-white person, the white Race Baiter will instantly moan and complain about how if that were a white person, everything would have been so much worse. This technique is also applied to women, even white women.
Race Baiting is usually used by white males with very low intelligence who blame their race for every shortcoming they have in their life, completely oblivious to the fact that this is the exact same thing they accuse every non-white person of doing. Due to the low intelligence, however, this irony escapes the Race Baiter, whose mind is too flooded with beer and football stats to do anything other than complain about how hard the white man has it.

white guy/race baiter: "pssh, well if that happened to white people, it would be fine!! oh wait...."
