What is Racher?

A term used when in the presence of any such irritating, stupid, creepy, or otherwise unpleasant female by the name of "Rachel" such that she does not understand she is being discriminated against. The origin of this term comes from a hypothetical asian character, and as we all know, asians pronounce "l"s and "r"s the same way.
me: dude- what the fuck?
him: were you listening to her in class today?
her: ya! she was having some conversation with furrisha about her boyfriend.....
me: oh good, i thought i was the only one that heard that.
him: so he came in her hair. LOL!!!!!
racher: waaaaaaat? :(
