A word used for two main purposes.
Firstly to describe the act of taking or stealing something that is not yours.
Secondly when somebody is being a sleaze or a dick they can be called a raif.
Derived from a nickname given to a boy who loved a sleaze. The stealing use developed with time although the boy was not a thief.
