What is Rainbow Person?

(n.) any cute, little, red- headed, dick face that a certain group of people like to make fun of; due to abnormally red colored hair and weird skin tone. And also, is so DARK AND EMO; but does not want to admit it. Any male with these characteristic shall be named as such but, shall be named after the first original RAINBOW.

G: lolz, have you seen RAINBOW (person) today?

G: YES,i think there was a mouse in his hair...
