What is Randhat?

Used to describe a random person on internet game forums. Someone you don't know at all. Usually directed at the random person that acts like he's known. Can also be used to describe a noob.

"Who's that kid?"

"I don't know. He's just another one of the countless randhat's that we encounter daily."

"Yeah, I agree he's such a randhat."
