What is Rat Fishing?

The art of fishing for rats with normal fishing tackle. This is typically done in an Urban setting where the fisherman has a greater chance of snagging a rat. The fisherman typically has a better chance of catching a rat when he is on higher ground, a balcony is a good place. Typical bait would include anything from you garbage can but onl bologna and chicken prove to be the best.
