What is Rawnaq?

A word for fat Afghan hounds who have sweat problems. These sweat issues occur from the slightest physical activities, and some times even by sitting. Being called a "Rawnaq" is a very rude and disgraceful thing because no one likes to be told that they smell bad.
"wow, man you smell like rawnaq"
"You are such a rawnaq!"
"go Put on some deodorant you rawnaq
