What is Rayburr?

This is short for "taking a Raymond Burr", which means "a non-handicapped person taking a JDubin the handicapped stall". The name comes from the legendary actor Raymond Burr, who was not handicapped at all, but played "Ironsides" on TV; a detective confined to a wheelchair.
