1) The ability to take a simple, mundane task and completely and categorically fail at it in new and exciting ways.
2) Describing someone so incredibly stupid, it's borders on inhuman.
1) Man, it took you 40 years to learn how to tie your shoes? That's razetarded.
2) You went out to drink with some darkies? That's pretty razetarded right there.
