What is Razman?

One, normally of Persian decent, who is very lazy and takes a long time to do simple acts. i.e showering, eating, getting out of the house. Also, razmans often use a lot of jell in their hair.
"Shower so we can leave soon"
"K I will in like an hour because I need to check facebook and go on aim first"
"Stop being such a fucking razman"
