What is Rbsd?

An acronym for Reality Based Self Defense, it is used by such martial arts as krav maga and is supposed to take situations that would occur commonly in a situation involving mugging and/or rape or other forms of assault on the street.
Usually it is defined by eye-pokes, groin grabs, and other desperation techniques.
"Grab twist pull"
~ A montra of an RBSD (RAD) in some high schools; refers to grabbing and yanking on an attackers genitals.
