Meaning "Random Bullshit Luck". Originating from the game 'Counter-Strike' after a Professional Player became furious after receiving multiple headshot deaths from an 'RBSL' player who just started playing. Examples of RBSL would be players who 'spray' and randomly kill enemies with headshots.
