A private school in Salt Lake City Utah. The literal meaning is "a domain of investigation." It is a school for "the gifted and talented" which is another way of saying, all the people in their are crazy, imaginative weirdos.

Alex: How do you get in?
John: Well. First you have to have sex with the president, Big Billy. He lives in my backyard. And if he doesn't like it you have to have sex with the one lower in power and you gotta keep going down the line.

John: Nerdle. And if you don't do it right with him, you go to birthday jail.
Alex: What happens there?
John: You don't want to know. Don't drop the soap in the shower.
