The act of spreading your ass cheeks wide apart and putting you red eye in the eye of someone sleeping and the farting hardcore and yelling "SURPRISE" at the same time. When they wake up your chute is in their eye and its even more of a surprise.
Billy got all drunk and passed out so Sherry gave him a red eye surprise. Unfortunately it ended in an accidental hot lunch.
