What is Refacer?

A person who is constantly logged on to Facebookand simply presses the refresh button over and over again while on their feed page to see if any of their friends, who are too afraid to use myspace, have sent them anything.

"Everytime I log onto facebook Brett is always on. He must be a refacer."
