What is Re:fresh?

Garnering energy from what you give off opposed to what you take in.
It's not about what you take into your body (food or drink), but what you emit from your body to society and the universe at large that dictate your Re:Freshment.
If you get energy and inspiration from movement (physically, mentally, socially); innovation (ideas, processes, goods) and connectivity (communication, community and collaboration) then you embody Re:Fresh.
