What is Refugee Rice?

The rice that comes in the large sacks that are dropped on 3rd world countries. Mix with some ghetto-cheeseand you've got one damn good free meal.

I stole some refugee rice from some poor family when i visited Ghana. It was a little stale, but it was damn good.
