Someone who belongs to a regimental/military program and defends its values religiously, without regards to their personal and social values or the effects of defending those stupid, stupid values. A regcock is to the United States Merchant Marine Academy what a blue falcon is to the United States Air Force Academy, or what a buddyfucker is to West Point.
