When the meal or anything else you had eaten previous to throwing up had such a distinct flavor that there is no mistaking exactly what food you had eaten is now being spewed the opposite way out of your mouth.
After eating out the ass of my friend Jimmy who only ate spicy foods, there was no doubting that it was his ass that I now could regurgitaste.
