A conflation of the verb "regurgitate" (to throw up; emesis; puking) and the noun "version" (a reinterpretation/recreation of a previously created entity).

I just loved Kellie Pickler's regurgiversion of Bonnie Raitt's "Something To Talk About" on American Idol last night.
