A term used to describe anything asthetically unfortunate. Can also be used to describe someone with some form of mental condition that cannot be cured easily.
Also a term for someone who has lost at life and has become accustomed to just existing without wanting to better their life and move ahead.
Mark: Wow, that loser is 36, lives at home and has never had sex?
