What is Relinqua?

a.k.a. qua. The sickly sweet odor that black people often have that smells like old stale lotion and sweat. Often unnoticed by the person or persons having it, but instantly recognized by anyone coming close, especially in an enclosed area. It can sometimes be tasted if in too high a concentration.
