The worst possible seat available to a group when sitting down at a bar or restaurant. Usually facing away from the crowd or is next to the bathroom/kitchen etc.
Caused by wasting time arriving with your group.
I stopped to talk to a buddy from work and ended up getting the "Renick seat".
