Rep-counter

What is Rep-counter?

1.

A bad personal trainer who only shows their clients how to use machines and then watches the client(s) use said machine. The personal trainer shows their client how to use a machine and then 'counts reps'. The personal trainer is not really training the client but rather 'counting reps' since anybody can read the directions on the machine and perform an exercise. The personal trainer doesn't add any value to the clients training session.

Sherrie the trainer just put me on a machine and sat there, she's a 'Rep-Counter' not a real personal trainer
