A newly accepted slang word to replace the word nigga. Usually it is less degrading but still holds the same meaning. Instead of being degrading, the word is considered coolin many regions of the world including the United States and by nearly all cultures. Only true nigs or pimps are allowed to say it outloud but many times, others will try to use the word to act cool but never in front of a real resh.

Noob: Whoa, look at those reshs around the corner pimpin' with all their bling. Better stay away because we are not cool enough to hang with that sort of crowd.
