Slang term used for George W. Bush, referring to the fact that he was appointed P(Resident) and isn't quite as smart as a bush (Weed).
Harvard (could be competition between Harvard and Yale) professors estimate Weed's IQ at around 77, though many people aren't convinced he can count that high if prompted.
Resident Weed, or President Bush, is probably the stoopidest president the United States has ever had the pleasure of making fun of.
