What is Resusci-anne?

The life size plastic human that is used to practice CPR and rescue breathing. They can be purchased as either the full body or just a torso, with no arms or legs. Both are rather creepy. Anne comes fully dressed in a track suit and plastic sneakers.
MOTHER: So, Stacey, what did you learn in school today?
STACEY: I learned how to do CPR on Resusci-Anne!
