What is Retail Fag?

A gay guy who works in retail, usually a clothing store, who thinks he's the world's best employee, takes his job very seriously, and typically wears all of the clothing he is hired to fold and display. Often seen wearing a headset, acting overly friendly with customers yet very snotty with other staff, and extremely, extremely queeny. Is everything that is wrong with both gay men and capitalism.
"That retail fag just gave me attitude when I needed to retun a sweater. Why does he care?"
