A person who has the job of taking mongaloids around town on stupid little outings to annoy normal folk in zoos, restaurants, at the movies, etc.. They do nothing to control the freaks while they shit their pants and scream. They believe that their effort makes the world a better place, but the truth is that the fucking retards probably don't even know where they are and the rest of us are made to feel uncomfortable by their tard squeals and grunts.
Great that god damn retard tamer is back with her parade of window lickers I hope that their van is hit by a truck.
