Like steampunk, but better. Victorian-era technology used to make crazy-ass shit, like the spider robot in Wild Wild West or Alan Moore's Tom Strong. A spaceship with lots of huge cogwheels and valves and pistons and things.

I really want to see a proper CG movie with decent retrotech spaceships
